Yes…you! If you possess a desire to do more and be more with authenticity and impact then Leadership Shelby is for you. Whether new to Shelby County or a life long resident, this program will aid you in identifying your unique areas of interest and passion while building upon your current skills and abilities to enhance your leadership potential.

Leadership Shelby seeks individuals 21 years or older who live or work in Shelby County and desire a deeper commitment to the welfare of and leadership in the community.


Leadership Shelby seeks 25 individuals 21 or older who live or work in Shelby County and desire a deeper understanding of their leadership style in order to have greater impact in the community. The application window opens on January 1st and closes on May 31st.
