Start with Talent, Finish with Strengths
Presented by: MaryAnn Gramig - AuthenticA Coaching and Consulting

High-level leadership begins with identifying one’s natural occurring talents, leaning into their power, and applying them to achieve any goal. In this two-hour interactive workshop, participants will identify their natural talents using the Gallup® CliftonStrengths assessment, learn the unique strength potential they possess, and acquire the tools necessary to turn potential into consistent near perfect performance. While personality-typing tools bring a broad awareness of traits and tendencies, CliftonStrengths provides deeper individualized context for leadership development. It layers well with other assessments participants may have taken providing unique insights to each individual and a roadmap for excellence.

✦ Lead with More Confidence
