Leaders are only as good as the messages they deliver to their teams. If you notice that your employees are not as motivated as you would like, or if your meetings are met with lackluster response, it could be a result of HOW you speak, not WHAT you are saying. Learn to:
✦ Increase Your Impact
✦ Lead with More Confidence
✦ Advance Your Mission

November 20, 2019 - POSTPONED - Date to Be Determined
Start with Talent, Finish with Strengths
Presented by: MaryAnn Gramig - AuthenticA Coaching and Consulting
This program includes the CliftonStrengths assessment. Fee for this program is $60 for Alumni current on dues and $70 for those not current and for non-alumni and guest(s). If you have taken your CliftonStrengths assessment, and have your top 5 results, please email [email protected] BEFORE you pay for this program.
High-level leadership begins with identifying one’s natural occurring talents, leaning into their power, and applying them to achieve any goal. In this two-hour interactive workshop, participants will identify their natural talents using the Gallup® CliftonStrengths assessment, learn the unique strength potential they possess, and acquire the tools necessary to turn potential into consistent near perfect performance. While personality-typing tools bring a broad awareness of traits and tendencies, CliftonStrengths provides deeper individualized context for leadership development. It layers well with other assessments participants may have taken providing unique insights to each individual and a roadmap for excellence.
